Welcome to Odie’s Pizza Co.—we're not just another pizza shop. We’re all about pushing the boundaries of what pizza can be, creating rad topping combos while still perfecting the classics you know and love.

We know Southern California has a lot of pizza options, but we believe So Cal deserves more than just any pizza. That’s why we have crafted gut-friendly, sourdough pies that are easy to digest, and full of flavor. Thanks to high hydration, long ferments, and some seriously hot ovens, we get that perfect char you’ll taste with every bite. 

 

We’re here for everyone. Whether you’re gluten-free or vegan, our options don’t hold back. It’s all about that dough—we take our time with a 48-hour cold ferment to bring out deep, rich flavors and create a perfectly airy, chewy crust with that signature sourdough tang and incredible char.

 

We break all the rules. Ranch? Of course. Vegan? Totally. Gluten-free? We’ve got you.

It’s not all about the pizza. At Odie’s, we’re involved in our community. We’re here to support local artists, nonprofits, the doers, shakers, and makers. ABOUT OUR DOUGH

Sourdough is made through a natural fermentation process using wild yeast and beneficial bacteria, resulting in its distinctive taste, texture, and aroma. The longer fermentation not only deepens its flavor but also makes it easier to digest by breaking down gluten and phytic acid. Plus, its lower glycemic index helps keep blood sugar levels steady. As one of the oldest methods of baking, sourdough also unlocks essential vitamins and minerals making it not just delicious but a healthier choice too.
